Report:  Official investigation of hacking of the game-class:59 lobby has been waved due to lack of support from Mplayer to that ranking system.  The current documentation suggests that member 69331/SGG-Leonid accessed the game-class:59(S.C.A.R.A.B) ranking system, and modified it without permission.  Member and Mplayer employee 14133/Starluck has brought this case to Mpath's attention.  69331/SGG-Leonid admitted to have accessing the database.  No further actions will be taken, largely due to the lack of Mplayer's involvement in S.C.A.R.A.B.
